From extra leg mounts to thicker gauge steel (laser cut 2mm), the unique design process is instilled in every battery tray we offer.
Designed and manufactured in Australia, the Roadsafe battery trays are designed to allow for the installation of a second battery to up N70ZZ (12” case) size battery.

Bull Bar Compatibility
For vehicles with bull bars, the mounting bolts may interfere with the required chassis holes for the recovery points. While most issues can be resolved, some situations may require significant modifications.
We maintain a list of compatible bull bars, available [here]. If additional hardware, like longer bolts, is needed, they can be purchased locally. Due to the variety of bull bar combinations, we cannot include every possible bolt in the kit.
Ensure that grade 8.8 or higher bolts are used and tightened to the correct torque specifications.
