This kit fits:
Roadsafe Rated Recovery Tow Points are FEA Tested during design and Destruction tested during development to establish Working Load Limits. Rated Recovery Points have been designed as matched pairs, supplied in LH/RH for vehicle specific fitment. Your purchase will include high tensile bolts and any additional vehicle specific mounting hardware required to ensure secure fitment to vehicles. Correct fitment of these components is critical for your and others personal safety. Each pair of Rated Recovery Points is supplied with vehicle specific fitment instructions. These instructions should be followed during fitment to ensure all steps are taken for correct installation, so when required, the points will be at their optimum Working Load Limit (WLL) as stamped. Rated Recovery Points fitting instructions can be found here.
Always use Rated Recovery Points as a matched pair with an equalising bridle. Failure to use Rated Recovery Points correctly can result in Rated Recovery Points fatigue and bending and voiding your warranty. Never use a single point combined with a side load/pull. The Rated Recovery Points are easy to install. It is recommended that Rated Recovery Points are fitted by a qualified mechanic with specialist 4WD knowledge who understands your vehicle, including weights carried, the style of Bull Bar, general usage, etc. In some circumstances, these Rated Recovery Points may not be suitable for your vehicle. Incorrect selection or incorrect installation is not covered by warranty.
Rated Recovery Points have been designed on vehicles without Bull Bars. In some circumstances, the bull bar mounting bolts/brackets may utilise the same chassis holes that are utilised for Rated Recovery Point fitment. Most of the time, there is a fix around this – however, in some instances where Bull Bars have been fitted, it precludes the opportunity to fit the Rated Recovery Points without major modifications. Where possible, we maintain a list of Bull Bar fitments which can be found here. Additionally, if a bull bar is fitted, modifications might be required to the bar bracket, and additional hardware might be required (longer bolts etc.) To facilitate fitment. As there are so many combinations and potential bar model combinations, we are unable to include every potential bolt required in the kit – this would make the kits ridiculously expensive. We have supplied the kits with the bolt options identified to suit the majority of applications. Unfortunately, if your vehicle/bar/Rated Recovery Point combination falls outside of those applications, you will have to purchase additional bolts (from a local bolt barn or similar) to suit your required application. We recommend grade 8.8 or higher and tightening to appropriate bolt torque specs. It is the Rated Recovery Points themselves as supplied that have been tested to the WLL advised. It is at the vehicle owner’s discretion for fitment, ensuring that the chassis is adequately designed, constructed and rated to suit this application. These Rated Recovery Points have been designed and tested for straight-line pulls and in some cases, a 30 degree off centreline pull. The Rated Recovery Points have not been tested for lifting purposes and should not be used for lifting. The forces applied to differ between lifting and straight-line pull-type recoveries.
When you’re off-road, reliable recovery gear is essential. Roadsafe Rated Recovery Tow Points are engineered for durability and safety, ensuring a secure recovery every time.
🔹 FEA & Destruction Tested – Engineered with precision, these recovery points undergo Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and rigorous destruction testing to determine their Working Load Limit (WLL).
🔹 Matched Pair for Balanced Load – Each kit includes left-hand (LH) and right-hand (RH) recovery points for a vehicle-specific fit, ensuring even load distribution.
🔹 Complete Installation Kit – Includes high-tensile bolts and all necessary mounting hardware for a secure, reliable fit.
🔹 Vehicle-Specific Fitment – Designed specifically for the Toyota LandCruiser 200 Series for a perfect match.
Always use both recovery points together with an equalising bridle to maintain structural integrity.
Do not side-load a single recovery point, as this can cause damage and void the warranty.
Professional installation is recommended – A qualified 4WD mechanic should handle fitment, considering your vehicle’s weight, bull bar type, and off-road usage.
Roadsafe Rated Recovery Tow Points are designed for vehicles without bull bars. If your vehicle has a bull bar, check for potential mounting conflicts:
Some bull bar brackets may share mounting points with the recovery tow points.
Modifications may be required for proper fitment.
Find our Bull Bar Compatibility List [here].
If additional bolts are needed, use Grade 8.8 or higher and tighten to the correct torque specifications.
These recovery points are rated for straight-line pulls and can handle up to 30-degree off-centre pulls in some cases. They are not designed for lifting purposes.

Designed for the Nissan Navara D22 (2002 – 2015), these Roadsafe Rated Recovery Tow Points are an essential upgrade for serious 4×4 enthusiasts. With rigorous FEA and destruction testing, these recovery points ensure optimum performance and safety during vehicle recovery.
Vehicle Fitment: Specifically designed for the Nissan Navara D22 (2002 – 2015)
Rated and Tested: FEA-tested during design and destruction-tested to establish working load limits
Matched Pair: Supplied as left-hand (LH) and right-hand (RH) for precise vehicle-specific fitment
Secure Installation: Includes high tensile bolts and vehicle-specific mounting hardware
Fitment Instructions: Clear, detailed instructions included for correct installation
Proper installation of the Rated Recovery Points is crucial for your safety and the safety of others. The product comes with vehicle-specific fitment instructions to guide you through the installation process. These should be followed carefully to ensure that the recovery points are at their optimum Working Load Limit (WLL).
Important: Always install as a matched pair with an equalizing bridle. Incorrect use, such as using a single point with a side load/pull, may damage the recovery points and void your warranty.
Professional Fitting Recommended: For best results, it is advised to have the recovery points fitted by a qualified mechanic with specialist 4WD knowledge. This ensures the points are fitted correctly for your vehicle’s unique setup (e.g., weight distribution, style of Bull Bar, usage).
Chassis Compatibility: These recovery points have been designed for vehicles without bull bars. If a bull bar is already fitted, modifications may be necessary, including adjustments to the bull bar bracket and additional hardware (e.g., longer bolts).
If your Navara D22 is fitted with a bull bar, there may be a conflict with the mounting bolts/brackets used for the recovery points. While we maintain a list of compatible bull bars, there may be instances where the installation is not possible without major modifications. For more information, you can check the compatibility list.
In situations where a bull bar interferes with fitment, additional bolts may be required, which can be purchased separately. We recommend using grade 8.8 or higher bolts and tightening them to the appropriate torque specifications.
Straight-Line Pulls: Rated Recovery Points are designed for straight-line pulls and some off-centerline pulls (up to 30 degrees).
Not for Lifting: These recovery points are not tested or intended for lifting purposes. The forces required for lifting are different from those needed for a recovery pull, and using the points for lifting could compromise their integrity.
Warranty: The warranty covers defects in the Rated Recovery Points, but improper selection, installation, or use outside of the intended recovery methods will void the warranty.
Chassis Suitability: Ensure that your vehicle’s chassis is adequately rated and constructed to handle the forces applied during recovery operations. The recovery points themselves are tested for strength, but the chassis must be capable of withstanding the forces involved.
